The board REFUSES to address the issues concerning the LOW VOTER TURN OUT which can be reflected in 1) MANAGEMENT BY CHARITY MAYERL on a salary while PLACING HERSELF ON EVERY COMMITTEE and intefering with HOA VOLUNTEERS in order to maintain OVERREACH,abuse of record keeping, abuse of ADJUDICATION agenda, ABUSE of COMPLAINTS, record hiding, UNLAWFUL USE OF HOA COMPUTERS & TIME for personal VENDETTA, UNLAWFUL use of HOA ATTORNEY to COERCE, SLANDER LIBEL for PERSONAL VENDETTA.
